Thanks to Slappy / Angus for finding another live feed for Point Atkinson

For now it's been added to Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal Live

Note that many many hears ago when I crewed on a full keel sailboat, we found the wind at Point Atkinson to be very squirrelly ... so use it with some suspicion

I finally found out the SWOB stands for "Surface Weather Observation"

Therefore, I renamed the link to Surface Weather Observation under the Wind Sensors section
