Looking like evening wind at Boundary Bay

OSR Starbucks Tswassen. Rain.
No wind. Got tricked by wind bump on wind meter. I knew it was a sketchy and conflicted forecast but was hoping for something in the morning.

Great Jericho kitefoil session.
When I arrived Phil was launching his 9m.
Was out from 10am till 2:30pm. Such a nice day was gusting probably to 18kn higher upwind where royal yacht club. Today was UBS dragon boat competition as well, with some music on background.
5 or 6 kites, 8 or 9 windsurfers and few wingfoiler.

I made a mistake going to BB around 1pm..had my 15m .. flying but couldn’t go on TT or surfboard… gave up around 4:30… wind never came up.. it was a bit better earlier..
