Sounds like there is a high chance for La Nina this winter, hoping for a windy fall/winter.

Yeah, last fall and winter saw moderate la Nina as well and there were a lot of windy days. With La Nina, the jet stream stays closer to our lattitude, whereas in El Nino, the storm track tends to hit California.
