Tide level needed to foil at Boundary Bay?

Can anyone tell me where the tide is measured in Boundary, and what height in the tide charts it needs to be for foiling?

For windsurfing I look for 9ft minimum. I have wind foiled from the boat launch (1a) in boundary bay in 9ft+ tides. There are 3 sandbars that you have to wade out over, maybe 5-600feet. You might be able to foil over the 3rd one. I had a 90cm mast and was wishing for a smaller one.

I see lots of people launch from 3rd on foils, not sure what the deal is there.
