Watch the tide. It looks very low for windsurfing after 9 am, so it will have to be dawn patrol wind.

This is May so temper the expectations for southeasterlies. Having said that, the timing looks really good. Wind early at high tide with rapidly lowering tide. Maybe some nice wave action.
