Mike was first on the water at low tide (noon) with his 9m+surfboard. I joined Mike with the same (9m+surfboard) hunting for wave north of Centennial. Somewhat disappointed with small knee high waves ... nothing like those epic waves we had several weeks ago.

Almost called it quits until Chuck encouraged me to pump up my 12m. Glad I did ... found some nice small waves outside of the boat launch.

Fun day, my best winging day yet for sure! Waves weren't as big as a few weeks ago but I found some nice ones out in the wave garden way outside Centennial. There was another winger out there with me and he was killing it, catching lots of rides.
Had my longest rides flagging out the wing. Took the camera out for the first time which took a bit of getting used too but glad I got a few shots.

Glad Chuck encouraged me to stay longer. Tomorrow's westerly looks like it will die at sun rise.

Right on Michael! Kind of looks like you know what you’re doing out there, looks like fun.
I’m hoping tomorrow is going to be my first day out on the wing at Jericho. Hopefully be ripping with you soon!

Michael is absolutely KILLING it on the WingDingThing!
He was out there today taking names and kicking ass! I was stoked just watching him!
Not easy to pick it up so easily, esp in these winter conditions we have been having....great wind, could be hella warmer tho
Respect!!
Loved the SUP paddle Go Pro mount (is that what it was?!)
