Only pinched out 0.5 hrs at 3rd Avenue on 9m+surfboard in S 18-22. At dawn patrol tethered launch was too sketchy so had to wait for someone to give me a proper launch. Called it quits when I started losing ground ... I was in no mood for a long swim.

I was little slow this morning and almost didn't go but thanks to Daves OSR I got out. Managed to get about an hour sailing in but had to go WAY outside to find the wind. Waves were not great but it was still fun, glad I made it back without a swim.
Nice to see everyone at the beach.

When I came to 3d Ave, there were 2 windsurfers, kite foiler and wingfoiler. Wind died at a time I set up lines. Went to Tsawwassen, it was way stronger wind there 28kn, then went down to 20 and up to 25. But overall very consistent wind and good wind. Lots of kiters at ferry terminal.
