On a 4m tide I think I'll watch basketball instead.

Slappy, yes, tide at 14ft is a break downer. Same at 6am tomorrow morning. Every time there is a possibility of small surf, a surf blocker 14ft tide shows up. by 7am all good, by 10:30-11:30am best probably after thermal, for kiting.
