Consider 72nd or White Rock if it clocks SW as suggested by TAF

It may not be tropical but at SSE 25g30 3rd Avenue is looking pretty good...

I think the call is White Rock 8am before the wind dies at noon.

Backup plan is Locust which may be nuking before 10am.

I'm going to hit 3rd or the boat launch depending on the parking situation. I hope it stays SSE for a little while longer in Boundary Bay.
