Downdraft. Sweet hip-high mini swell trains rolling through. The smooth organized water was nice for change. Trouble was the twitchy wind - OK at times and then it felt like you were standing in a downdraft (you could see wind texture on the water but no power in the sail) - like looking at a mirage. Buzzed by Tsawwassen, twice, just trying to keep moving (well mostly
). Still a good practice day (maybe the last before the cold snap).
Glad all made it in safely and thanks to those who helped (not the first time Cash has lent a hand to those in need
