Large Ride Engine Hex series harness with windsurf and kite bar.
It's in new condition, I only used it about 5 times and realized it didn't fit. Paid $250 on sale, will sell for $180 obo. It's a very nice harness!! Windsurf bar alone is $80.

I have been using Ride Engine for about two years. Great lower back support and no more rolling/riding up spreader bar/harness or crushed ribs. Have used for both kiting and windsurfing - very comfortable and high performance for both. Highly recommended.
The design of the back support was based on hundreds of custom molds and it is a ‘universal’ design (works for most people, but not all). If it fits you, you will likely be very happy with it.

Some guys prefer to wear it upside down. Genuinely universal.
