I’m not usually a fan of “dawn patrol” but today it really helped to get out early.
Arrived at Acadia around 745 and it looked tempting - too bad I don’t like sailing there solo! Relocated to Locarno and hit the water on 5.0/95 litres by 830 am. Soon had to upsize the board but kept the 5.0 working until 930 when the wind really started to back off. Nice mini-swell and no chop kept it fun.
Took a short break to rig the 6.0 and milked it for another 40 minutes before it tanked for good around 1045. Only enough for kitefoiling after that, so I called it an early day.
Saturday looks promising...
