Metar taf is calling for SSE 12 g 22 early morning but BWD shows light.

With low tide tomorrow afternoon should still be rideable at 3rd av with SW?

Light House Park had a better wind on SW, comparing to ferry terminal and mostly no wind at Centennial. Will take a passport just in case.
It was similar forecast SE switching to SW. People went to different spots 72, WR, Centennial and ferry terminal. I went to Centennial - no wind. Ferry terminal - wind was gusty and died after 30min. Went to PR to pick up parcel and stopped at LHP to check a spot. The wind was 18kn, so we decided to kite. It was great session with good wind and the rigging area is awesome.

I’ve never kited at White Rock. Any tips or things to be aware of? What’s the ideal tidal range?

For WREB We all launch from the Indian reserve/Washington Avenue grill parking lot now due to the construction. It's actually arguably better than the grass anyways.

It works on all tides other than winter highs when it gets short on room. Best below 4m. 3.5m for beginner.

Careful around the train tracks, don't launch near trains or people. Lots of Sand, stays shallow forever and the bay can get really warm in the summer.

Unfortunately its gusty and lighter than 3rd on a SE due to wind coming over land. Lighter than FT on NW because wind needs to wrap around point Robert's. But on those rare SW.....

Stop by and say hi to the SUPers on West Beach. The big concrete piling out in the bay is the border marker, you can go past but don't touch the other shore.

Crescent works great on SSE to SW too, all tides. E to SE has too much wind shadow, but once SSE is stronger and cleaner than WR.

Don't end up downwind of the Northen point, you have been warned. It would be a swim then 20km or so walk back.
