Scored the morning session under sunny skies with 9 other kiters mainly on 12m and 9m. Overpowered on 12m + surfboard in SSE 18-22. Plenty of chop. Followed James upwind of the boat launch and found some nice waist high waves. Everyone came in after the first lull at noon.

After everyone left I was about to start an afternoon session on 9m but the lack of waves was discouraging so packed it in. Overall, anti-climatic after yesterday's epic session.

I agree! By the time I launched all the kiters were gone. Slogged for a bit until I got outside and then things filled in, was lit on the 5.2 for a while and there were a few nice waves at the beginning then wind and waves both diminished. Slogged back.
