15 knot is what you see at bb today, flat

Saturna behaving the same as yesterday. By 3 pm may spike but Friday harbour is under value. It's a no for me today, as yesterday was not easy to get rides.

thanks for continuing to post this data (and the other thread).

didn't head down yesterday afternoon because it looked weak in the marina cam even though saturna was going pretty good.

George had good surf 330-415pm ... 10 ft tide, just at the end. He said it was head high. Break seems to work for 10 ft, saturna was 33-38, Sandy was 29-33.

Peak was 3pm as forecast, wind was 9,20,28,24knots at 1,2,3,4pm at Cherry point. The lucky reading was 3pm 28 knots, without it, no surf.

Bandito, weather is unreliable, I was going to post to look àfter each other, buddy system, etc. I do it while surfing...6-5 is the only way to go, I've freezed my hands, and it's painful to defrost.

Next session PR, Sunday 745-10am sharp by tide. If wind is there.

PR jetty gave rideable waves 8-11am, tide and surge after 10 am made things difficult with logs floating and at beach. Waves were probably the biggest I ve experienced at PR, when paddling into them felt like Tofino, a nice 2.5 meter drop... wishing I was more in shape. KD had good waves, George a few too. By 10:45 logs made impossible to use jetty, current was strong due West, hitting the break head on would mean to duck dive white water 4 times on waist- chest- head high to reach the far break. Then waiting for a 2.5 meter high slab that could either break with an opening or just close with a steep drop. All fun.

No time today, over 12 ft after 9am. I need at least 2 hours - to drive to PR and all the hassle.
We ll see tomorrow morning. WB
745am-9am. NW. By tide, expecting 0.9m.no hassle for WB
