Meh ... 0.5 hrs on 12m + surfboard then a walk of shame at Spanish Banks. Wasted my first 15 minutes aborting a drift launch gone bad (tangled lines).

Struggled to keep upwind with strong flooding current and crazy ass nauseating chop. Inbound waves and rides were much more civilized. As C36 said, the wind graph is very misleading. It felt WSW 16 at best. Kite foilers and Wind foilers scored the best sessions.

The wind was much better at kits, steady side on 20 knots but choppy water. Still nice and warm, no gloves needed.

Had a lot of fun at Locarno. Started on 5.0 around 1130 but soon had to switch to 6.0/110 litres. Looked like crap from the shore due to the west/WSW direction, but had a really good 1-1/2hrs out by the freighters. Fully powered, warm sun, a few nice swells and no chop. One of my better Locarno sessions this year. Let’s hope for more (and stronger) wind in Sunday!

Choppy, punchy time at Cook St.
5.7/106L to start then down to my new to me 95L Quatro Quad LS.
Definitely a very different board than I'm used to, I'm stoked to get it into some proper waves soon.
