Sunday (Dec 11)
Ethan and I. Late start (road crew digging out from the dump the night before). Capacity constrained parking lot (filled with snow) kept the crowds down. Deep, cold, semi-consolidated snow. Amazing change in coverage in a week - you can ski where you want now.

Monday (Dec 12)
Great visibility, sunshine, cold snow, fresh tracks and no crowds.

Nice! Also makes me think what I'm missing out on.

I lived on the north shore for 10 plus years. There's only a few seasons that stand out. This seems to be one of those years!!

Sunday (Dec 18)
Quick late afternoon session to check out how much snow had fallen. Brockton was open! Limited visibility and snow was lighter than expected. Cold snow, some fresh, some stiff snow and some float. All good!

Friday (2016 Dec 23)
Kept Ethan entertained  with several face plants through a blanket of fresh over breakable crust. Seems my current binding step-up didn't like the breakable crust and I kept hearing "click" followed by the unnerving feeling of leaving a ski behind.  Nice to see him get a chance to laugh at his silly old Dad. :D ;)

Dave, awesome picture. Way to go get it! That's so stoke filled that you can do it with your son.
My boy was up there with a friend today, and he said it was great, right on to the chair later, kept snowing all day.
Good stuff, you're getting younger son!
Keep the pics coming. More good weather on the way for next week too. See you out there.

Those are some of the best moments to fuel the family memories Dave. I gave my daughter some good ammo with a "double release yard sale" on Whistler yesterday!!
