Looking for Kite strength board foam repairs

Anyone have tips on what to use and where to buy kite strength surfboard repair material for underfoot areas?

My NP glide medium arrived this week but I found the old foil board I inherited has some major compression issues under the front pad. The skin and foam itself was cracked and had some water damage which is removed in the first photo.

I have glass and resin, but have never had to replace foam. Obviously I want to go with a stronger solution that isn’t overkill on weight. Doesn’t have to be pretty as it will go back under the pad.

Options:

Divinycell H80: looks like it would be an appropriate core choice for this application but where to buy locally?

Q-cell filler: some repair tip sites show this being used, but I think would be heavier. It’s just microballoons so is there a local commercial source?

Any other ideas? Ding sticker? :?

Thanks in advance!!!
