tide is good only early morning, after 930am not good anymore.
Monday afternoon is the same 3-4 PM, but with an extra foot ... So best bet is tomorrow morning instead of Monday. Quick check at 6am

I see Sandy at 19-30, locust will be gusty. Don't know much, but I would stick closer to terminal to get better wind... Mainland wind is the one causing trouble, weak/gusty, NE makes it unreliable.

I've seen locust forecast much stronger in previous years, if by 4 am you don't see locust at least 20 knots, I would not drive.

Saturna already 24 se
Sandy already 15 ese

Both look solid to be honest, but I think I like sailing BBay on easterlies more than others do.

Locust:
Sun 9am ESE 19g26
Sun 4pm SSE 13g20

BBay:
Sun 4am E 18g28
Sun 2pm ESE 15g25

Just downgraded in the last 3 hours.
Whidbey 30+ SE, but lower mainland NE is sticking. Monday will probably go the same way. In the 7 day forecast, NE is all over.

Pity, HB at 1.6m, if Southern strait would've been as forecasted we would've seen the first HB 2m of the year.
