Windsurf Board Paint - Where can I get custom aerosols??

Where can I buy or order EXACT color matched paints using Pantone, HEX, or RGB codes? Somewhat urgent. My recently damaged Futura is repaired and now ready for primer and paint.

Lordco can color scan and prepare custom aerosols but, they do not have the ability to do EXACT color matches using Pantone codes.
