Billabong has the best customer service

I ordered about $800 worth of Billabong neoprene this summer from their online store, some of it didn't fit and they refunded the money no questions asked. Their high end furnace wetsuit lasted about 6 months before a couple seams started to split (it comes with a 2 year warranty), I sent in photos and 3 days later they gave me $600 credit and let me keep the wetsuit!!!! stoked on their level of service and thought I would share
