Whilst body dragging at least 10 times on Saturday I must've injested some sea water into my facial orifices. I think I have some water in my left inner ear. Equilibrium is off for a second day now. If I stand on my head and put the vacuum cleaner hose over my nose will it solve my balance issues or will it suck to hard?

I am a registered licensed fake ENT.

I recommend spinning on your head breakdance style. The centrifugal force will spin the water out of your ears. Do this 4x/ day for 1 week.

If your balance is being effected you should likely seek medical advice. I had fluid in my right middle ear which was causing hearing loss, but did not impact my balance (thankfully) and a ear specialist recommended surgery (installing a vent) - I wasn't keen on that and was able to get relief from acupuncture treatments.
