I had my car broken into last night, the fuckers stole 2 duffel bags fool of accessories. The saddest part is they will probably dump it all into a garbage bin, when they figure out what it is. Green dakine harness T5, 2 gath helmets white and silver, lots of bases and extensions, 30 cm MAKANI fin. If you catch wind of someone selling gear some where, or happen to see it while shopping outdoors at hastings and main st, please text me at 604 787 five 342 or pm me.

Many thanks, Richi. If anyone is selling similar gear, please give me a pm or text.

Damn that’s lousy news Richi. I can cobble together some spares until you manage to replace things if you want to borrow them. Not as nice as what you lost but might keep you on the water, and avoid any rash purchases.
I have an extra single- bolt base, rdm and sdm extension (one each, us cups), downhaul crank, etc. No spare harness though. PM me if I can help.

I too have some gear I could loan. I have a spare waist harness (Dakine, size M, T5, green, and no it isn't the stolen harness as I have had this one for at least four years) and a helmet (not Gath though, Dakine).

Thanks for loan offers Brian and AJ, much appreciated. Thankfully I'm a bit of windsurf hoarder and cant seem to get rid of old gear. I have found an old harness in storage and a base and extension that will get me on the water when possible, hopefully soon.

cheers, Rich

Thanks Michael and Ryan. Please just dont get lazy like me and leave your gear in the trunk. The crackheads will break in and run away with those bags thinking they are full of milwaukee power tools. At the very least engrave your stuff so hopefully it makes it way back home when they dump it somewhere.
Fingers crossed for foiling at Jericho tomorrow.
