For sale, wanted and promotions

Starboard Futura Wanted. Looking for a backup board to my regular Futura 114. 105L - 121L range is OK. 111 - 117 would be ideal. This is a backup board so age is not too important. Regular wear and tear is OK but nothing too banged-up please. Thanks for the reply.

I'm looking for a Futura too but more in the 130/140ish range. Will post if I see a smaller one.

Did you have something in mind?

I'd like to keep the cost as low as possible as this would be a backup board. Ideal price range would be in the FREE-$500ish range and anywhere in-between. Price based on age, condition, volume, construction, accessories etc. A +/-5 year old board in reasonable condition should fall in the 400-500 range somewhere.

I'm curious but why the same style of board in the same size? Just a thought but why not get a Freestyle wave board in that size, a 105 is a great board for anywhere around Vancouver. You can use it from Squamish to Centennial. You mentioned you wanted to get out at Centennial and when the wind picks up a FSW would be more fun than a Futura. If you like Starboard the Kode Freewave 103 is a nice board. I rented one in Maui and it was a blast.

Thanks Jim. I'll keep my eyes open for larger ones as well.

I actually have a 94L Kode FSW. I'm a lightweight 140lb sailor so a 94 might be on par with a 103.

Nah not yet. My goal is get my carve gybes down and continue to improve my overall sailing before I move on to other disciplines. Foiling one day maybe.
