Sea to sky highway

When it's absolutely too cold

Not exactly sure what the tire requirement is for winter driving but here is what I gather from both Whistler tourism site and Gov BC.

So if I'm reading them right, my all-seasons tire and tire chains are legal for me to drive on the sea to sky highway.

Any thoughts and experience driving through hwy 99 to Whistler very recently?

I just checked my new tires and they have the "M+S" symbol. I guess I can drive up to Whistler after all. I didn't realize my "all-season" tires were also "M+S" - maybe they mean the same?

I thought so too. Mine has M+S too. And I carry chains with me.
