Day 39 - Last day snowboarding with the usual suspects - Jerry, Chris, Doug, LeopardSkin, Rob W, Bob, Rob D and his boy Ian. Hard pack with crappy grooming. Called it quits after a couple of runs (too sore from Saturday's epic wave session) and enjoyed poutine smothered with bacon and gravy.

I was on the water today at Cypress. No wind at all, but got planing lots of times.

Alton, you went too early again!! The afternoon was great; the fresh snow was soft and the slush cup even had free Granville Island beer tasting. We caught the last ride of the season up Eagle and finished by poaching Crazy Raven.

Only had 24 days on Cypress this year but the season was much better than predicted. It sure helped keep us entertained through the wind drought. Hopefully next winter is even better!!

Finished my season today with an awesome day at whistler. 2 fresh track runs on Blackcomb glacier which was a welcome surprise, knee deep powder. Lots of slushy warmer runs further down and a bit of a sun tan. Finished the day running through a big puddle in the slush which made up for missing the slush cup.
