Yet another amazing day with 4 hrs of first tracks on Cypress. Started on eagle first then timing lions and skychair for first on and finishing with poached raven. Snowing all morning with 12 cm plus.

Day 34 at Cypress. Awesome conditions snowboarding in 10cm of fresh untracked snow with Jerry, Doug, Rob and Bob from 8:45am to 11am. Poached Crazy Raven and Olympic to end the day.

Day 35 at Cypress - Skiing from 9am-12pm. Awesome soft groomers from Sky Chair, through Humpty Dumpty to bottom the of Horizon. Perfect for carving conditions. Everywhere else was icy. Nice bump into Bill.

I'm north of Key Lake in Sask. Luckily it has been not too cold but also not cold enough. Today was 1 degree. Snow got heavy and made my first attempt at snow kiting extremely difficult. I was sweating like a pig after 30 minutes. Flat light made it difficult to see and judge speed. Other factors played into it. Glad I tried though.
Hopefully I get another crack at it before this trip is over.

Is this for real? I have trust issues with the Cypress website. If continues to snow overnight, snowboarding may be a good option Sunday morning.

Nice March dump :D I wouldn't hold your breath for Acadia Alton. Looks like a long stretch for solid west wind by mid afternoon.
