Ballenas, halibut mostly West.

HB at 0.1m... broken?

I'll drive to WB and take a look. Shooting for 7-9pm. But no cell to post.

I'm down at WB after work. Very light wind only. Will wait until 8 to see. Go for a paddle if nothing happens.
PM me for update

thx Roy for photos. Trying to get back into surfing slowly, was tired so I was in zombie mode.

1.5m HB at 9pm.

The problem was the tide (10ft tide). If we had a 13 ft tide with 1.5HB then we would be having 1 break, head high rollers. Glad Tom had some fun.

Not perfect but a few waves were decent. It's windy out.

Slappy, I passed by UBC lookout to check Iona break (there was a break, but small, tide too high at 10 ft).

Adam, you are becoming a surfer, a Vancouver surfer, you got nice rides. Vero, I would've chosen Acadia as well if into windsurfing, good wind+waves.

It really died with the tide drop, but pretty fun for the first hour!

Found a nice little shoulder high punchy but shifty peak mid-beach that delivered a workable section when you could find it!

Almost hit Gab on one ride!! Good thing it was a solid enough wave for me to pump out of the way!!

See you next time.

6am, 13ft tide going down.

Wind is very much strong.

Best possible combination, 1.4m HB at 2am.

It will be glassy and no wind at 6am  :D :D :D
