Need advice SUP surfing

When there's absolutely no wind

Yeah I have an iSUP for the flat water and will pick up a beater board to surf when the wind is around. Managed to surf wth the inflatable in Maui December, but the waves are too nice could have surfed an ironing board!

if you are 6' 180+... I would chose the 7' surfboard (it has more volume).

That 6' fish board looks very sweet for $400, but not for your size, unless you do swimming as your main sport.

Local waves are more to keep in shape for the real surf (Tofino, etc). Locally you'll make hundreds of drops to waves that are less than perfect, sometimes matching Tofino's. It will decrease your margin of error. Most wipe outs are while dropping on a wave, people get hurt then. After a while you'll find that you are never wiping out on drops, on any kind of wave, so you can focus on the ride.

The 6'10 Walden looks really interesting. 23" is very wide, and 3-3/4" is very thick. Thick and wide = lots of volume = good. Either way the 6'10" would probably have more volume based on those dims. I'd say go 6'10 between those two, however you might find the length to be a little short, and unstable when taking off. A traditional longboard in the 8' range may be a bit easier to learn on, more stable on takeoffs. My first board was 7'6" 2-3/4" 20.5" (170lbs) and I would say was a touch too small to be learning on, though not a terrible choice to progress on once I got the basics down.
