Great video & waves.
I saw JR ranked as one of the top 10 best glassy beaches in the world.

If I had family in Victoria I would make an excuse to see them every weekend ;) ... or partially during the weekend, depending on wave size.

JR rarely goes off though, so many times I've driven past it to Sombrio and it's pancake flat.

Also JR has the worst locallism of any location north of California. A guy I know was out alone SUP surfing small waves at JR and a woman suited up and paddled her short board out just to tell him that "this is a prone only wave", and then paddle back in without even surfing.
