NW surf weds

Looks like we will return to NW flow mid week. Right now weds early morning has some promise.

I'll be there. Looks over 0.9m.
This high tide will make for 5/5 surf at WB if over 1mHB. I am thinking not much wind locally.

Wednesday. WB.
530am. If forecast is right and local wind turns on, WB at 12 ft tide will have surf 60 meters out with some ride. If HB on the 1 m it may work for windsurfing.
Any help, I may carry mast/boom down those stairs.on the way up too.
Post if taking that gamble.
Sometimes WB has 1/2 hour of good wind and shuts down, then comes back again
My time is 545am-715am on the dot.
NNW wind may take time to get into Acadia.

But if WB is on those rides will be to remember. All energy on 1 wave break, high ramp.

still want to try PR but I'm not sure if they gate LHP until opening at 8am.

Paddled out with George at first light, several others including Gabriel soon followed. even at high tide >4m the 1.2m+ swell was breaking way out and reforming into punchy shifty nuggets with a lack of a long shoulder. Some fun drops were had in the shoulder to head range. But the word for this morning's session was 'overloaded', just a little too much wind (20g28kn @YVR) ripped apart the swell a little too much. However, Wreck was certainly a force to be reckoned with.. epic paddle ou taking 5-10min if you mis time it, probably did close to 100 duck dives in the two hours. Going to check conditions after work
