Death spiral on Good Friday

Kitesurfing shop talk

can't believe how it dragged you around, reminds me of the first people doing kiting years ago (plastered against rocks as there was no safety/release I guess). When I saw rocks coming I thought this guy is done, glad you got away from it. They should invent a quick release of the whole harness belt (plan B)... from a non-kiter view.

He was lucky he had a nice soft sandy beach to get dragged along. Imagine that at the spit, lots of rocks, other kites, and spectators to hit on your way to hitting the shipping container, scary to think about it.

Or WR, where it would go rocks, grass, tree, train tracks, spikey fence, parked car, cement barrier, power-lines, though traffic and into the coffee shop.

He'd have been better off spending $500 on lessons than on two GoPros

Amazing how little initiative that person just standing and watching took...

I was thinking " ... and finally into SandPiper Pub" would be a great way to end a day

The original video posted is from 2013 I thought?

;) Even you kiters know it could happen but don't care. I must say it's a great attitude because what's left is the ride not the ending part.
When you have time see this movie, it's not about windsurfing but same kind of raw humor:
"Wild Tales" (playing at fifth avenue cinema), or rented after.
