I’m seeing morning wind for tomorrow on the cheapskate version of igetwind. Anyone else got any information to back that up?

Looking across the models I see a possibility of light wind foil conditions. Metar- taf is presently only calling for 10 knots which is disconcerting . If I could go I would definitely pack my wind foil.

Looks like foil conditions at the Ferry Terminal.

Cold and gusty, what happened to fall? Did some cross boarder sailing today. There was some nice swell on the outside but the wind was feeling really sketchy, so I only stay out for one reach. Tried out a new app for my apple watch today. Works well with some nice options and data for winging, it's also free.

Good for you for getting out.

And yes, what happened to fall. No big pineapple Express SSE for November! I've only "fin" windsurfed a couple of times this year. Having said this, I continue to strive to appreciate the days out we get  Also lucky that the gear options we have now (vs mainly WS) give alot more good days

Managed to get there by 9 I think. Someone was packing up already so he clearly did dawn patrol. Man I suck at winging. Argh.
The wind was good….. I’m the problem. Longest walk to date. lol

After talking with Andrew I was thinking that it would have been better for you to go to the other side of the terminal, where he was sailing. The wind looked more solid over there and then you just get blown back to shore.

For sure, I'd have no sessions this fall if it wasn't for winging.
