Looked very foilable from 1-4 yesterday at Jericho, sadly I couldn't get away.

lol Francis. I actually got one though not as pretty as yours. Crazy good deal so couldn’t resist. Still haven’t used it yet. Never kite foiled. What wind do I need for a 12 m One? What is the ideal wind direction at Jericho so I don’t end up a cast away? No idea what to expect but need to be able to get back to shore.

Depending on the rider skill level. My biggest kite is 10m and I’ll feel more confident to head out when see just starting to whitecaps, probably around 10knts at least. NW or E and stay closer to the shore
If the wind is not steady, also prepare to swim :lol:
