Wanted: bar quick release

Kitesurfing shop talk

Folks, my back up 2014 best bar’s Quick Release is broken and super shady to use.

Anyone have a quick release I can scavenge off a retired bar? With Swivel preferred, No donkey dick or below the bar depower needed, it’s for a slider setup.

Will trade for beer or anything from my bar & lines collection. I can probably help you coble/splice something to get most bars back on the water. That is unless you need a QR, then get stuffed, I asked first.

Cheers,

Jeff

I have a older Naish bar (not the newer Torque ones) that I have harvested lines from to replace ones I've snapped on newer bars....not sure if it will work or if its what you're looking for. FWIW its in great shape, its barely been used since I got it new. It has the loop/donkey dick/depower line all in the same unit so not sure if it will be compatible.

Thanks chuck, I should be able to make it work.

I’ll send you a PM.

Cheers,
