In low winds I still ride my 134 cm medium low rocker twintips and a 12m wt decent low end power(not a high aspect C kite).
I find that in most conditions, I want a board(n kites) that can ride when the winds back off a bit.
1.change your TOES side fins fom 2inch to 1 1/2 inch for less drag n gain 1-2 knots of apparent winds! Thats how i ride 80percent of the time. Maybe even try 1 1/2 heels n 1" toes for even less drag. As a bonus , board feel a bit looser and playfull and jumps landing are Smoother, less catchy . In very windy conditions is when I prefer all 2 inch fins for better edge in choppy conditions, for better grip hold to Pop out for a jump against the wind pulling forces or to pull the Brakes without using my Behind as much ;)
2.At ferry terminal or Comox spit,i remove the toes side fins(finless) and put the 1 1/2" fins on heel side to gain another 1-2 knots of apparent winds on start planning and riding !!!!!

My old 3fins surfboard kitesurf much nicer wt smaller side fins too.
Now you own me af bottle of chardonnay lol
