Trees here in White Rock are starting to blow around from the south. Waiting for the westerly to kick in the afternoon.

9 to 12m kites at White Rock. Low tide = lots of sand bar.

Alton, how was your White Rock Session?

Terminal was firing! Mysllf and Cash and only a few others, crazy windy when a squall came through around 4 pm. Great tide levels perfect for beginners too! All in all almost 3 hrs TOW, I think Cash doubled that! Plus holding down a big kite (13.5) for the duration! Respect!!

Awesome day in sunny White Rock W 12-18. For me (beginner kiter), I was totally stoked to ride my board and 11m spending more time on the water than in the water - breakthrough day. Even enjoyed a few wave rides ... before catapulting on my face.

Still weak waterstarting the left direction but managed (by accident) to ride switch.

Over a dozen kiters at White Rock including Jerry, Clay, Rob, Pierre, Chamers, Cam, George, Lorne and many more.

Can wait for the next noob friendly kite session.

Short but sweet session at Acadia, really smooth water as the tide was coming in fast from low tide. Worked a 4.7 and 78l for about half an hour and than started getting pushed down wind fast, as the wind started tanking. Ended the day with a downwinder to the sailing club, some nice speed runs but wind got really light at the end. Probably more work than pleasure, but nice to sail by kiters that were swimming in. Thanks to a new guy named Malcolm, sailing at Jericho that drove me back to the parking lot, I owe you a beer :)

Let's pray for a good spring.
