Shredded kite up in tree at 3rd AV entrance from a Squammer

I just went down to 3rd Ave with a ladder but kite was no longer in the trees (not my kite btw)

the tree there at 3rd have no lower branches and have nasty spikes! I was not able to climb it at all. watch out if you deflate kite in grass where small branches can puncture bladder and kite! not counting the upper tree lol
bar and lines where removed by culprit i guess.
I can see that one day a kite or kiter will slam on those houses and cause damages. saw one kite slam between the 2 south houses weeks ago, miss windows by couple feet.
