Is the south side of the ferry terminal causeway still closed? At one point I had heard that there was a plan to plant eel grass in the sea bed of that area during the fall and was wondering if that was the reason behind the closure if in fact it is closed.

What do the red and blue lines represent respectively in the Blow-Meteorology chart for the ferry terminal?
