Launched from dog beach today around 530 left pump kitebag and shoes under the tree. Pump missing when i got back at 730. Maybe someone grabed it by accident as there were others launching

How come people were launching from Dog Beach? Lifeguard season is done, Spanish Banks West Concession is open for business!
