My buddy was in LV a week ago ands a dude on 19 meter kite and 200 meter lines.

Not sure what happened with video. But yes he rode with it. Wasn't very successful, but imagine the size of the power zone!

A couple years ago someone did the 200m lines thing in the gorge on a Rally I think, it didn't go very well.
I think if you are going to try and use long lines for light winds you should at least get a light weight kite.
