I was asked about this by some log sort guys. They are not impressed and have hinted at access issues.

I commented on his post saying "please do not kite in the shipping lane, it is not allowed and can give the district reason to shut down kiteboarding in squamish" and in a classic ignorant fashion he deleted it as soon as he saw. Peoples ignorance astounds me. With over 1000 shares and well over 3000 likes, he is encouraging a huge demographic to come and kite somewhere that can jeopardize one of the best wind sport locations in Canada. All of this for a few minutes of his enjoyment and social media fame. So sad...
