The depower on my 2011 North bar has been slipping over the years. Replaced the depower line first with Amsteel Blue then another rope with a core (to retain a circular shape). Both eventually started slipping through the cleat after a month.
Today I filed the cleat and slipping has stopped under all depower settings.
