If I were to get a 3 or 3.5m2 trainer kite, how often could I expect to use it in Vancouver? Ideally I would want to go to New Brighton park (I'm assuming it would be ok there) because I live in east van. I don't know what wind speeds are ok for using a trainer kite. I'm sure others in Vancouver should have a feeling for how often they were able to use theirs when learning. I'd have free time in the evenings and weekends.
