I've been looking for a replacement for my lost board and had a question about how much difference the size would actually make. I had a 136x43 and that's pretty much the only TT I've rode other than light wind boards. I've found a good deal on a carbon fiber board 134x41. Would the smaller board be really noticeable? As its carbon fiber it will be light, will that make much difference?

I ride a 136 by 41.5. I'm pretty small as well  I find bigger boards ride nicer and smoother. 134 would probably be a fun size for the heavier wind days but for flat water in Squamish and days where you aren't super powered I think a bigger board would be more fun. Lots of the adult freestylere ride 140ish up to 144ish. They just pop smoother. Carbon fiber also means really stiff so it might be a bit more bumpy than most wood core boards through chop.
