I ride a 136 by 41.5. I'm pretty small as well
I find bigger boards ride nicer and smoother. 134 would probably be a fun size for the heavier wind days but for flat water in Squamish and days where you aren't super powered I think a bigger board would be more fun. Lots of the adult freestylere ride 140ish up to 144ish. They just pop smoother. Carbon fiber also means really stiff so it might be a bit more bumpy than most wood core boards through chop.
