Tsawwassen tide height

Hi Guys,
What would be the minimum tide height for windsurfing at the beach by the Tsawwassen ferry terminal?
It will be 2.2 at 2 pm. Would that be enough for safe windsurfing?
I have a 42 and 60 cm fins.

With normal 23 cm fins, you'll find some deeper sections. 42 cm sounds a little dangerous.

Anyway, I doubt if the wind will last much longer at Tsawwassen this morning so size doesn't matter

I haven't windsurfed Tsawwassen for a long time but 3m minimum sounds about right.
