The last video, practicing in that surf (small/medium), getting a feel of the waves would be ideal for anybody. Iona on NW has similar setup but not much whitewater or a break, great to start planing, and a long fun ride downwind.

That's the spot I told ULU he should check out while in Ontario (I put him in contact with the guy filming that video).
