Spanish Banks and Acadia today

Sailed Spanish Banks from 4:30 to 6:30 PM this afternoon on my 6.5 - 110L. Decent thigh high waves with some steep faces for port side jumps. Seemed 15 - 18kts but see that a few gusts hit 20. Great to get out as it has been a while. Saw about 5-8 people out at Jericho but didn't head down that far. Super high tide today so you could blast in and jibe just off the beach but it was gusty and there was a significant wind shadow in close to shore. The direction seemed WSW so the NV side may have been even better over at Ambleside or farther West. Saw one Kiter out at the off leash area but he/she wasn't out long so it was a solo session.
