Was windy. 3.4 sail was sometimes too much. Sometimes not enough.

It was crazy! One of the windiest days I've sailed for sure, almost too windy. Waves were disorganized but big, it was scary jumping, had my gear ripped out of my hands a few times.

FT was civilized this afternoon averaging ~20 SSW knots. Enjoyed 2 hour session

Missed the uncivilized this wind this morning due to meetings.

Lovely romantic sunset session with AJ at ferry terminal. I missed the good stuff too because of stupid work.

I don't know about you, but I have a tough time pronouncing "meteorological."

Conditions were a little beyond my comfort zone today. My old 3.5 Ezzy was generally unmanageable in the 40 knot gusts, and I put a big enough hole in it to officially retire the sail.
Best part of the day was a short period while the wind was dropping that was just right for my 4.0.
Time for some Aleve with dinner now!
